Shawnee Peak Race Team

The Shawnee Peak Race Team (SPRT) provides training and racing opportunities with professional coaches for alpine skiers of all levels from ages 8-18. As a USSA-affiliated program, we provide competition opportunities and training at the most elite level of the sport, but also provide opportunities for athletes who want to pursue a less competitive track.

Association Membership

As a USSA-affiliated program, all SPRT racers will need USSA membership to enter most races during the season. Additionally, as a Maine-based ski program, our racers join the Maine Alpine Race Association (MARA). Both of these can be accessed by visiting the USSA website at www.USSA.org (click on the "Become a Member" section). You can also access more information at www.skiMARA.org.
